Intentional Community
At Tierra Vida, we are an intentional community, seeking to foster relationships among our community members, nurturing the sense of shared purpose we carry in this place. Recognizing that we all have gifts to give, we seek to build the capacity of the more-and less able to participate, lead, and positively affect their own lives and those of their community.
Transcending Differences
Since established in 2005, we have grown to 252 residential lots, commercial, and multi-family property on 'A' Street in Pasco, WA. Our name "Tierra Vida”, translates to “land and life”, and speaks to the importance of the land in our lives and our connection to it. We believe that the common space of land that we share has the power to transcend our differences and contribute to our wellness.
